Returns and Refunds
On vinicolalbano.com, you may return purchased products within the terms and conditions described on this page, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52–59) for online purchases.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
How to Make a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a written communication to aziendavinicola@albanocarrisi.com within the specified timeframe, indicating your order number and the products you intend to return. The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged during transport, or not compliant with the order. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Damaged or Non-compliant Products
If the product received is damaged during transport or does not match the order, please contact us at aziendavinicola@albanocarrisi.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
